RESPITE SUPPORT

NPLH Service Group seeks to provide respite supports to adults with developmental disabilities, in compliance with COMAR 10.22.08.03:

• Provide respite supports for no more than forty-five (45) days;
• Adherence to the participant Person-Centered Plan
• Assisting the participant with accessing the community
• Medical case management services.

NPLH Service Group will provide respite services to those participants and families that receive personal supports and those families that receive DDA funding for respite services.

NPLH Service Group does not plan to provide respite services to participants seeking behavioral respite at this time.
